Troubleshooting Issues in Engagement Stats

Incentivized ratings/reviews violate Google and Apple developer guidelines, so you may see reduced or no engagement after the campaign. We've highlighted this risk in red on the ASOeShop dashboard. Learn more: Will Google / Apple Block or Delete the Ratings, Reviews?

If Campaign is In Progress but Engagement is Less or Zero:-

• If your campaign is active but shows little or no engagement in the Dev console, please wait until it finishes. Stats in the Dev console can be delayed by up to 48 hours. Learn more at When will the Stats be Visible in the Play / App Store?

If Campaign is Completed but Engagement is Less:-

• If your campaign is completed but shows little engagement in the Dev console, please wait for up to 48 hours since stats in the Dev console can be delayed by up to 48 hours.
• If engagements remain low, we assume Google or Apple have blocked or removed them. This is beyond our control.
• If you receive fewer engagements, you can contact support to request a one-time cancellation or refill, but this is not guaranteed due to prior disclaimers.
  Note: Please note that if you request for a refill, you may end up with the same or similar results.

If Campaign is Completed but Engagement is Zero:-

• If your campaign is completed but shows no engagement in the Dev console, please wait for up to 48 hours since stats in the Dev console can be delayed by up to 48 hours.
• If engagements remain zero, it likely means Google or Apple have blocked or deleted them, which is beyond our control.
• If you get zero engagement, you can report it to support and request a one-time cancellation, but this is not guaranteed due to prior disclaimers.

How to Report the Engagement Issues to the Support?

• Please reach out to the support from your ASOeShop dashboard via chatbox or contact page. 
• While reporting issues to support please make sure to mention following information:-
   - Campaign ID : 
   - Quantity of engagements purchased : 
   - No. of engagements received : 
   - No. of engagements missing :
